Ketch Harbour Hall is at 964 KH Road and is an excellent
venue for small private receptions and events. The space
accommodates 45–60 guests (depending on set-up and
activities) and includes:
- A large open hall, two washrooms, wheelchair
access - A small kitchen (fridge space, stove, oven,
microwave, sink, 2 x coffeemakers, kettle) - A 12’ x 40’ covered porch, 50 folding chairs, two 8-
foot tables, four 6-foot tables, 6 café tables - Wi-Fi
Alcohol Policy & Bar Service:
Alcohol onsite is not permitted (by Law), except when provided by the KHARA Bar Service (which must be hired).
- Service must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance (subject to staff availability)
- Cash Bar Service starts at $175 (for private events only – no ticket sales or public promotions)
- Fee breakdown:
- $50 Hall administrative fee
- $125 Bartender fee (up to 5 hours, includes set-up, clean-up support, and lock-up)
- Additional time: $20/hour
- Extra bartenders available (and sometimes required): $80–$125 (for 3- or 5-hour shifts
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are expected to leave the hall clean and undamaged, including:
- Garbage and food removed from the property
- Floors swept and mopped (if required)
- Dishes cleaned
- Chairs and tables returned to storage
